# Return, Exchange & Refund Policy 

## Returns

We offer a **7-day return policy** for bags and accessories purchased from our website. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

* Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
* Be free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of use.
* Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.

**Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.**

## Wrong Product, Damaged Product & Empty Box Claims

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

To raise a claim for:

* Wrong product received
* Damaged product received
* Empty box delivery
* Missing items

An **unboxing video recorded from the sealed package opening until the product is completely visible** is mandatory.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

All such issues must be reported within **48 hours of delivery**.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Personalized or customized bags and accessories
* Gift cards
* Clearance, sale, or promotional items (if applicable)

## Exchanges

Eligible bags and accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

* Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
* If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference.
* If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will be refunded.

## Refunds

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be approved and processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take **5–10 business days**, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other non product charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
